Adrien Amelia Townsend, 40, was returned to her Heavenly Father, with loving family at her side, on October 29, 2021, after a courageous battle with pneumonia and sepsis. Adrien was born on March 11,1981 in Provo, Utah, to John Townsend and Joan (Adams) Townsend.

Adrien attended Orem High School and Salt Lake Community College, where she obtained a degree in Graphic design. Prior to her relocation to Southern Utah, Adrien worked for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Graphic Designer. In 2014, Adrien became a Media/Computer/IT Specialist for the Washington County School District working out of the Water Canyon Elementary and High School’s in Hilldale, Utah. Recently, Adrien added Water Canyon Computer Educator to her portfolio. She adored her co-workers and cherished the joy the kids of Water Canyon brought into her life.

She was a talented artist in multiple mediums including jewelry making, drawing, and painting. Adrien is survived by her father John (Becky) Townsend, mother Joan (Adams) Townsend, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her sister Andrea Shearer, infant sibling Jared Townsend, infant sibling Maren Townsend, grandparents, and many other loved ones.
