Bonnie Chapple

St. George, Utah - Helen Bonaventure Chapple (Ice), 81 years young, passed away, March 24, 2026.

She was born on April 19, 1944, in Bardstown, Kentucky to Ruby Lorane Surdasiery and Francis Xavier Ice. She married Charles Fredrick Chapple Sr. in Kentucky.

Bonnie loved helping people and serving food at the many great restaurants she worked at in her life. She loved spending time with her family.

Bonnie is survived by her many family members including her children, Cathy Marie Richardson (Mike Wayne), Charles Fredrick Chapple Jr. (Donna), Robert "Bobby" Francis Chapple (Lydia), Leslie Mannara (Charles), and James Chapple (Desirae); her grandchildren, Jimmy Micheal, Casey David, Irma, Amanda, Brian, Nicole, Charles, Zack, Dillan, Andew, Jacob, Eric, Samantha, Kaytlin, Anthony, Ashley, Bryson, Charlie, Amber, Baily, Britany, Kyle, Timothy, and Alissa; as well as many great-grandchildren; her siblings Mary Yvonne Jones, Veronica Cowles, Nancy Embry, Elaine Flint, Mary Rebecca Gaslin, Harold Francis, Dennis Xavier, and Mary Wilcox.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fredrick Chapple Sr.

Funeral services will be announced at a later date here in St. George, Utah where she will be joined with her husband once again.
