Brad Terry Braegger

November 7, 1951 — September 26, 2022

St. George, Utah — Brad Terry Braegger, age 70, passed away peacefully with his sweetheart by his side, on Monday, September 26, 2022. Dad was born on November 7, 1951, in Brigham City, Utah, the third son, to Carma LaRee Goldsberry and Glen G. Braegger. He married his sweetheart, Debbie Hardy, on March 11, 1983, in Brigham City, Utah.

Dad was raised in Willard, Utah. He attended Box Elder High School where he participated in the FFA program and won several ribbons for his show animals. He drove truck for over 40 years, working for Tramcor Corp until 1999, when he started his own company, Thumper Trucking, in 2000, then back to Tramcor Corp, to finish his driving career.

He moved his family to St. George, Utah, in 1994. Dad valued family time. We had lots of fun camping trips, fishing trips, and just spending time together. Dad taught us all how to work hard to get what we wanted.

Dad was a very strong person but also had a very sensitive side, that not many people got to see. Dad had a huge heart.

He is survived by his sweetheart of 39 years, Debbie Hardy, of Hurricane, Utah, and their children, Kellie Jourdain (Shawn) of St. George, Utah, Dustin Braegger (Kristy) of Enterprise, Utah, Bryce Braegger (Caroline) of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, and Ashley Winder (Floyd) of Bryce Canyon, Utah, his 8 grandchildren Trevor, Tyler, MaKenzee, Kaylee, Alissa, Kelby, Boyd, Brad (Gus), as well as his siblings Randy Braegger (Cheryl), Kirk Braegger (Pam), Jodi Holmes, Becki Pedersen (Alan) and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
