Cynthia Leah Rasmussen

Cynthia Leah Rasmussen, age 74, passed away on December 4, 2025. She was born on November 2, 1957, in Provo, Utah to Dean and Joan Rasmussen.

She was raised in Orem and lived in Provo where she attended school to graduate as a journey man mechanic. She moved to Southern Utah and worked 30 years with Walmart in Store Planning. She loved traveling and spent many summers working as a camp host all over the state. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart. She freely gave to anyone in need and was loved by so many. Family gatherings meant the world to her.

She is survived by her son, Aaron Rasmussen (Leah) of Orem; her grandchildren - Keegan, Marley, Ashton, Jessie, Kai, and Lucas - and her four great-grandchildren, all of Orem. She is also survived by her sisters, Jodeen Steedman and Rebecca Brooke (Brady), both of Hurricane; and her brothers, Garth Rasmussen (Linda) of La Verkin and Bret Rasmussen of St. George.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Ron and Frank Rasmussen.

A graveside service to be announced at a later date held at the Virgin Pioneer Cemetery.
