Gail Eleanor Daniels, age 89, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025. She was born on January 16, 1936, in Los Angeles, California, to Joseph Foley Evans Jr. and Berniece Heymanson.

Gail was raised in Southern California and lived in many places during her early years, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, Big Bear, North Hollywood, Azusa, and La Verne.

She married Theodore Joseph Mulligan on May 15, 1954, and together they had three children: Scott Brent, Dennis James, and Christie Deann.
On June 5, 1976, Gail married Neale James Daniels in San Dimas, California. Shortly after Neale's retirement, Gail, Neale, and Christie moved to Beaver, Utah. They later lived in several locations throughout Utah before settling in St. George.

After Neale's passing in 2001, Gail later married Ross Rohn. Though Ross has since passed, Gail and Ross remained close friends throughout their lives.

Gail was a woman of many passions. She loved gardening, camping, traveling, and-above all-spending time with her friends and family. She enjoyed numerous RV road trips across the United States and traveled abroad to Europe, Mexico, and Hawaii. Some of her fondest memories were made camping in Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada mountains when her children were young. Gail also loved to read, knit, and crochet.

Gail is survived by her son, Scott Mulligan, and daughter-in-law Kelly of Banning, California; her sisters Carrol West of Hingham, Massachusetts, and Jobee of Santa Clarita, California; her brother Dennis Evans of Georgetown, Texas; her daughter-in-law Norma Mulligan of Cedar City, Utah; and her son-in-law Brent Edmunds of Washington, Utah.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Ryan and Jessica Mulligan of Yucaipa, California; Lynnea and Mario Trujillo of San Bernardino, California; Sean and Lydia Mulligan of West Covina, California; Melanie Mulligan-Nixon and Sid Nixon of Tooele, Utah; Dennis and Cottia Mulligan of Cedar City, Utah; Cameron and Shawna Mulligan of West Valley City, Utah; Shawn and Angela Edmunds and Morgan Mock of Hurricane, Utah; Brady Edmunds of Washington, Utah; and Kallie Edmunds of West Valley City, Utah.

Her great-grandchildren include BraydenPaizleyPaycen, Anzley, Bostyn, Harlow, and Lennox Edmunds; Bentley and Knixton Mock; Hudson Wilcox; Rylie, Liam, Dean, Samuel, Cole, Leah, Delkin, and Evangeline Mulligan; Avery and Harper Nixon; and Henry, Masyn, and Johnny Trujillo, with another Mulligan great-grandchild on the way for Sean and Lydia.

Gail was preceded in death by her son Dennis Mulligan and daughter Christie Edmunds; her sisters Sandra Evans and Barbara Amdor; and her beloved husbands Ted Mulligan, Neale Daniels, and Ross Rohn.

Funeral services will be held at a later date at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, Utah. Interment will follow at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 South Dixie Drive, St. George, Utah. A gathering for family and friends will be held following the interment (details to be announced).
