Phyllis Jean Strom
Phyllis Jean Strom passed on December 10, 2023, at age 94. She grew up in Riverton, Iowa, and worked as a teacher in a one-room schoolhouse. She married Ralph Elijah Strom, and they are survived by daughter, Sandra Wakefield, son, Steven Strom, as well as grandsons, Max and Nik Wakefield, great-grandchildren, Cameron and Cove Wakefield.
Phyllis moved to Utah and worked at Hill Air Force Base. She attended Shepherd of the Hills, Methodist Church, in St George. Phyllis is remembered for her charm and the care she gave her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held March 13, 2024, 11:00 am at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff Street, St. George, Utah.Family and friends who are unable to attend are invited to view the services online by clicking on the link below.

She will be interred with Ralph Strom and their cherished Pomeranians, Lily and Sparky, at Tonaquint Cemetery.
