Rennie Lee Davis 1942-2025
Rennie Lee Davis, 83, passed away on November 20, 2025, in Washington, Utah. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and veteran. Rennie lived a life of service and dedication. Born on August 12, 1942, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Rennie graduated from Rancho High School in 1961. He soon enlisted in the United States Army and served as an Airborne paratrooper during the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1966. His bravery was recognized with several honors, including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Commendation Medal, Overseas Service Bar, Rifle Sharpshooter (M-14), and the Parachutist Badge. After his military service, Rennie began a nearly three-decade-long career with Pepsi Cola, working in Las Vegas Nevada and Kingman Arizona from 1965 to 1994. In 1996, he pursued his passion for history by reopening the historic Brunswick Hotel and Antique Store in Kingman Arizona. He sold the business in 1998. Rennie later moved with his wife Priscilla Ann Davis to Corsicana, Texas to care for her parents. After the passing of her parents they relocated to St. George, Utah 2013 to be closer to family. He enjoyed playing softball with his fellow Pepsi employees, fishing, golfing, bowling, camping, and collecting antiques and Pepsi Cola memorabilia. He was a faithful member of Westside Baptist Church in St. George Ut. Rennie is survived by his wife Priscilla Ann Davis; sister Elizabeth Nevin; children Susan Hill (Matt) and William Davis (Chere); grandchildren Matthew Lippert (Sheila), Dylan File (Jamie), Ashlee Creager (Kaden), Edward Lopez (Katie), Marissa Verdejo (Jesse), Alisha White, Rennie Davis III, and Alex Smoot; and great-grandchildren Landin Lippert, Spencer Lippert, Cannon Lippert, Olivia File, Cooper Creager, Judd Creager, Dean Lopez, Adamairi Verdejo, Donte Verdejo, and Silene Verdejo. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward Lorenzo Davis and Charlotte Davis; sister Charlotte Gordon; son Rennie Lee Davis II; and grandson Edward Davis. A Memorial Service will be held on November 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Westside Baptist Church, 2299 W 2000 N. St George Ut, 84770
