Robert William Bart

Robert William Bart, 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. He was born on September 17, 1941, in Peoria, Illinois, to Robert Richard Bart and Violet Wilhelmena Bart (nee Janssen). Robert married Karen Sue Reuter on October 12, 1963, in Peoria, Illinois.

Robert was reared in Peoria, Illinois, moving to Springfield, Illinois, in 1972. He retired to St. George, Utah, in 1990.

Robert was an entrepreneur, owning and running several successful businesses. He was an avid golfer and shooting enthusiast from his days on the All-Army Rifle Team during his service in the U.S. Army.

Robert is survived by his wife, Karen, and his son, Steven.

Funeral services will be a small graveside ceremony for immediate family in Peoria, Illinois.
