Robert Wayne Carter passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 71 after a long battle with a respiratory illness.
He was born November 23, 1951, to Ernest Wayne and Helen Gardner Carter. He was the 4th of 10 children and the eldest son. Bob and his sweetheart Diana Hendricks lived in Sandy Valley, Nevada, and had 5 children, Heather, Clayton, Christopher, Robert Jr (Bobby), and Kyle. He is preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Helen, sister Connie, sweetheart Diana, and son Clayton.
Bob was kind and caring, but sometimes cranky. He loved his family and spent time caring for his aging parents in their later years. He was always our protector and we loved him for that. We will miss you, Bob.
A family celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022.
