In Loving Memory of
Sandra Lee Eurich
September 30, 1949 - January 17, 2026

Sandra Lee Eurich, 76, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026. Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to Jerry and Vicki Ploeger, Sandy was one of four children and grew up with a love for family, creativity, and learning. She later married the love of her life, Edward Eurich, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where together they built a life defined by devotion, kindness, and shared adventure.

Sandy was a loving mother to Dan (Victoria) Dreckmann and Kelly (Joe) Datka; and a caring step‑mother to Lynn Eurich, Mark (Dawn) Eurich, Jill Eurich (Chris Sztukowski), and David (Kathy) Eurich. She was a proud grandmother to Taylor (Raphael) Murphy, Zoe and Jack Dreckmann, Mikayla and Hayden Datka, Megan (Travis) Dahl, Ryan, August, and Ana Eurich; and a delighted great‑grandmother to Jude Murphy and Olivia and Henry Dahl. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Tanner.

Creative at heart, Sandy found joy in crafting-especially jewelry making and floral design. She generously shared her gifts, creating pieces filled with intention and love. Her artistic spirit shone through every piece of jewelry and every craft she created, a beautiful reflection of the love she carried for the people in her life. A lover of classical music and a lifelong learner, she sought beauty in the arts, in nature, and in the world around her.

Sandy's hospitality was unmatched. With little notice, she could prepare a warm, comforting meal and make anyone feel welcome in her home. She encouraged others with steady kindness and believed in the dreams and aspirations of the people she loved.

She cherished traveling through the Southwest with her husband, exploring National Parks and discovering hidden places off the beaten path. As Edward's health declined, Sandy cared for him with unwavering devotion and remained by his side until his final breath.

Sandy was the kind of friend whose thoughtfulness never wavered and always brought comfort. Her legacy lives on in the memories she shaped and the love she shared so freely.

Professional cremation services were performed by Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, Utah. 435-673-2454.
