Sharol Joan Grow Jenkins Cooper

Hurricane, Utah – Sharol Joan Grow Jenkins Cooper, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, died on September 30, 2022. Joan was born on June 18, 1941, to parents Joseph Wayne and Lottie May Grow. She was married to Don Paul Jenkins until his passing, and then was married to Richard Donald Cooper.
She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Osborne and Cheryl Jenkins. She has 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandkids.
A viewing will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022, from 10:00 – 10:45 am at Spilsbury Mortuary.
Funeral services will be Monday, October 3, 2022, 11:00 am, Spilsbury Mortuary Chapel, 110 S Bluff Street, St. George, Utah.

Interment will take place on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, 10:00 am at the Enoch City Cemetery, 1580 E Sunrise Drive, Enoch, Utah.
