Siosifa Ezekiel Tuitupou

Siosifa Ezekiel Tuitupou, 2 years old, passed away July 19, 2023. He was born December 5, 2020, in St. George, Utah, to Peter and Seriah Tuitupou.

Sifa was born and lived his short life in St. George, Utah. Sifa was diagnosed with Charge syndrome. He battled symptoms from this syndrome since he was one month old. Sifa’s life was filled with hardship as he underwent many surgeries, was life flighted seven times, and had multiple stays at Primary Children’s hospital with his longest stay lasting a month and a half.

Although he faced many trials and hardships, Sifa was a happy baby. He loved hanging out with his family and traveling. He has traveled to many states, including California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Texas. He also loved swimming. He would swim until he fell asleep in the water. The only thing that Sifa loved more than swimming was ice cream. Sifa didn’t swallow much as he ate through a feeding tube in his belly, but if we put ice cream on his lips he would always swallow.

Sifa is survived by his parents, Peter and Seriah, his one sister, Kalolaine, and his three brothers, Soni, Tevita, and Kalai.

A visitation and funeral services will be Monday, July 31, 2023, from 7:00 – 8:45 am, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1835 S. Washington Fields Rd, Washington, Utah 84780.

Interment will take place in Washington City Cemetery, 300 Park View Drive, Washington, Utah 84780.

We want to give a special thank you to the many people that cared for Sifa. To all the many doctors and nurses from Primary Children’s Hospital, as well as the doctors and nurses from the St. George Hospital.
