Victoria Show

Listen to Obituary

Victoria Lynn Thorson Show, 67, of Washington, Utah, passed away on January 6, 2026, surrounded by love and leaving behind a legacy that shaped every life she touched.

Victoria was raised in Desert Hot Springs, California, by her parents, Dennis and Doris Thorson. From an early age, she learned the value of hard work, resilience, and determination - those were the qualities that would become the foundation of the remarkable woman she grew to be.

Alongside her husband of 25 years, Greg Show, Victoria built a successful electrical contracting company, Electro Management, which they operated together for more than two decades. She was exceptionally intelligent, driven, and capable and was the kind of woman who quietly kept everything running with confidence and grace. Later in life, she fulfilled a personal dream by earning a degree in computer programming from Southern Utah University, proving that growth, learning, and ambition have no expiration date.

One of Victoria's greatest joys and proudest accomplishments was raising her children: Breanna Rose, Brittany Hunter, and Bryson Show. She was endlessly proud of them and made sure they knew it. No achievement was too small to celebrate. If you accomplished anything whether big or small, Victoria was your loudest cheerleader.

Victoria also carried the gift for perspective. When life felt heavy or uncertain, she would simply say, "Look at it from another perspective," offering strength and wisdom in a way only she could.

She was one of the hardest working women her family ever knew. When her children were young, Victoria and Greg moved their family from Palm Springs, California, to Cedar City, Utah, where they purchased an 80-acre alfalfa farm despite having no prior farming experience. They raised cattle, grew crops, cared for horses, chickens, and ducks, and built a beautiful home from the ground up. Those years on the farm forever shaped her children's lives and left behind a legacy rooted in courage, work ethic, and unwavering perseverance.

Yet, Victoria embraced joy just as fiercely as she embraced responsibility. She loved water aerobics, treasured her canasta games with friends, and wherever she went, laughter, singing, and dancing followed. Her presence filled a room. Her smile made everything feel lighter.

Victoria is survived by her mother, Doris Thorson; her sisters, Denise Austin and Michelle Cockrell; her brother, Vince Thorson; her children, Breanna Rose, Brittany Hunter, and Bryson Show; and her beloved grandchildren: Ryleigh Hunter, Macey Hunter, Brooks Hunter, Nyah Nelson, Daisy Nelson, Garrett Show, and Marley Show.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Thorson and former husband, Greg Show

Victoria leaves behind a legacy of strength, perseverance, laughter, and unconditional love. Though her family grieves deeply, they remain profoundly grateful for the life she lived, the example she set, and the love she poured into everyone around her. Her impact will continue to live on in every heart she touched.
